  • Service Not Provided: If Solera Executive Management Services is unable to deliver the agreed-upon service due to internal issues, a full refund will be issued.
  • Cancellation by Client: If the client cancels the service before any work has been initiated, a full refund may be granted, minus any administrative fees.
  • Partial Completion: If the service has been partially completed and the client wishes to discontinue, a prorated refund may be issued based on the work completed up to that point.
  • Unsatisfactory Service: If the client is dissatisfied with the service, a review will be conducted to determine eligibility for a partial refund or corrective action.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients must:

  3. Allow up to 7 days for our team to review the request and respond.

4. Non-Refundable Services

  • Any service that has been fully rendered and accepted and signed off by the client.
  • Custom consulting sessions, strategic plans, and reports already delivered.
  • Third-party fees or costs incurred on behalf of the client.

5. Dispute Resolution

If a refund request is denied and the client disagrees with the decision, they may request a formal review by submitting an appeal within 7 business days of the initial decision.
