General Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h3><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Due to the nature of our services, which involve customized consulting, strategic planning, and executive management solutions, all fees paid are generally <strong>non-refundable<\/strong> once services have been rendered.<\/li>\n\n<li>If a client wishes to cancel a service before work has commenced, a full or partial refund may be considered based on the time and resources allocated to the project.<\/li><\/ul><h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2.
